We have five press lines with a total of
43 levels.
Our press formats range from
1000 x 2000 mm to 2400 x 6200 mm (sanded to 2150 mm).

Our systems are designed for calibrating and fine sanding.

Individual cuts are just as possible as fixed dimensions.

Vastly different veneer appearances are produced on the latest machines.

To support the development of new products and permanently maintain our high quality we always perform the following tests in our company:

• DIN EN 310 determination of flexural modulus of elasticity and bending strength
• DIN EN 311 surface soundness
• DIN EN 319 tensile strength
• DIN EN 320 determination of resistance to axial withdrawal of screws
• DIN EN 120 internal monitoring of formaldehyde values in our products

We also have a laboratory press and drying cabinet (Darr test). Further quality controls are performed by independent testing institutes.

STAB|STAE (made of spruce, pine, poplar or finger-jointed albasia blocks), birch Multiplex, chipboard and MDF as well as polystyrene (PS|PX).
We also have an exclusive range of flame-retardant and particularly light substrates.

Choose between six different crossband veneers depending on your requirements (fuma/ceiba, beech, poplar, spruce, ako, iIomba). We have more than 50 high-quality sliced veneers in stock.

Depending on your requirements we cover our highquality core materials with thin HDF|MDF (untreated, coated, primed), thin chipboard or hard fibre boards.
