The various SWL blockboards have excelled with good dimensional stability, minimum deformtion, low weight and high load-bearing capacity for decades. SWL Standard includes the classic STAB/STAE blockboards with various crossbands (rotary cur veneer, MDF, thin chipboards, hard fi bre board), STAE door cores as well as melamine-coated light chipboard.
The core materials may be made of spruce, poplar or pine depending on customer requirements.

Our “Professionals” products provide producers a select range of high-quality, multifunctional substrates based on solid and lightweight core materials.
These substrates can also be finished with topquality surfaces – from gloss to ultramatt, from smooth to pearl structure. We provide a wide range of HPL decors, colours and structures to meet virtually any request. Various substrates can also be produced melamine-faced in colour match.

We only supply products made exclusively of raw materials from monitored and sustainable forestry.
We undertake this with our PEFC certification.
We also provide low-emission blockboards with a formaldehyde content < 0.05 ppm.

Finger-jointed light chipboards ST Light made of albasia solid wood with a weight of approx. 300 kg/m3, as well as extremely light sandwich-element PS|PX elements with a weight of 150 kg/m³.

INNOVATIONS IN THE B1 SECTOR
SWL offers eight types of fire-retardant blockboards which are in no way inferior to the classic boards with regard to high resilience and resistance to screw withdrawal, low weight and low swelling!
The materials passed certification according to DIN EN 13501-1 with the result
C-S2,d0. They can thus be used unrestrictedly in special exhibition stand, shop and interior fitting as well as in public buildings.
